TLC is an American all female hip hop group whose original line-up consisted of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins (b. 1970), Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes (1971 – 2002) and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas (b. 1971). Formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. They scored nine top-ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including four number-one singles "Creep", "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs", and "Unpretty".

The group also recorded four multi-platinum albums, including CrazySexyCool (1994) which received a diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). TLC also became the first R&B group in history to receive Million certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for FanMail (1999).

The group became tied to All That, by performing the theme song for the show, which would continue to be used for the show's entire original 10 season run, and it's revival eleventh season.

They also were the first musical guests in the show's history performing "What About Your Friends" in the pilot, and appearing in a sketch as the Fly Girls, a group of hype women accompanying Leap Froggy Frog and they performed "Creep" in the third episode, where they get the inspiration for the song from Mavis and Clavis.
