- Green Room: Josh presses the "OFF" button on the treadmill, but it doesn't work. Amanda tries to help him by unplugging it, but she only rips out the outlet! After the kids throw lots of fried chicken at Josh and attack him with a vicious dog, they finally save him by throwing Kevin onto the treadmill. Even throughout the closing credits, Kevin is still running!
- The Wild West Adventures of Superdude: Marc Cant and Penny Lane travel to the Old West for a day at the saloon, where some nasty outlaws (Josh and Danny) make trouble. Mark changes into Superdude and sends the jerks packing, but even greater problems arise when Cow Boy (Kel), a half-human, half-bovine criminal, shows up and douses the hero with his milk-filled udders. With the assistance of the Explaining Girl (who appears from inside an old barrel) and the Sweaty Woman (who provides a rope), Superdude is able to overcome his weakness and tie Cow Boy's udders together, backing up his milk flow and blowing up the villain in a shower of dairy.
- Show & Tell: After a girl named Shari (Christy) shows how to drill some ham, a Monster-ous presentation occurs when another student named Benjamin (Danny) brings in a ferocious monster that he found under his bed and it attacks the class, including Lump Maroon.
- Good Burger: For a customer that rings the bell (Leon), Ed introduces Musical Guest: Missy Elliott "The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)"
