Baggin' Saggin' Barry is a kid who wears a rather large pair of pants, that can fit a variety of strange items in them. Basically any item his classmates need can be found in his pants. The only instance in which he wasn't able to he gained a new rival, Baggin' Saggin' Mary, and was coached by Clavis to "reach down deep into his pants and pull out things he never knew he had," and using this advice he overcame his shortcomings.
